‘Blank Space’ Music Video Is Here And It Is Perfectly Insane

Do I even need to tell you how much I love the music video for “Blank Space” or did you already guess that?

Below are some of my absolute favorite stills (that I screen shot from Vevo) and yes. Just so much yes. The whole production is grand. The costumes, setting, props (even little Olivia!), everything is so detailed and I lalalove details!!

When Taylor is walking down the staircase in the opening, I felt like I was watching a rebellious princess or something.

The photo of Tay and the male interest with dogs in tow, That is just a power couple. Power. Glamour. Couple.

Her red Loub soles on the green grass: love at first site.

In some of her videos, Taylor does this really dramatic slow motion run in a gorgeous dress, and I’m so glad we got to see that in this video. I will never get tired of those shots.
Here comes “crazy” Taylor! Love her long time.

I honestly don’t even know how else to describe this video in words… Well that’s a lie because I made a YouTube video about it. Check it out here:

Have fun!

THIS IS NOT A DRILL 1989 WORLD TOUR IS A REAL THING NOW

YOU GUYS I CANNOT FUNCTION!
Usually every morning before heading to school I catch up on tweets that I missed whilst asleep AND I MISSED THIS

Screen Shot 2014-11-04 at 10.43.17 AM

WHAT EVEN YOU GUYS!!! Like, I knew this was going to happen, but just the fact that she said it and it’s real–yesterday I couldn’t even breathe.
I still kind of can’t breathe to be completely honest. I’m just so excited!!!

The pre-sale for tickets is Friday at 9 a.m. so I may or may not have to skip my 10 a.m. Intro To Film class to buy tickets. Anyone who has ever bought concert tickets at the exact moment they go on sale knows that it’s a process.

First you have to prepare yourself mentally, because this isn’t going to be one, two, click, click, done. No.
It’s going to go like this:
*30 minutes – 1 hour before tickets go on sale*
Sits in front of laptop with a cup of Chamomile tea, pulls up ticketmaster and Taylor’s 1989 tour dates and patiently (I’m never patient, but I feel like I need to work on it) watches the countdown.
Constantly checks twitter and texts friends who are also awaiting the countdown to end.
Jams (yes, I still say that) to the album.
Gets morning announcement email from uni–what’s school?
Continues to jam. *ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS STAAAYYY*

THE TIME HAS COME NO TIME FOR HYPERVENTILATING WE MUST ENTER THE BATTLEFIELD!
Okay, so you click buy tickets and go through the whole waiting process yet AGAIN because you and 1039582093 other people are trying to buy tickets and you are going to be lucky if the site doesn’t crash.
How many tickets?
What seating level?
Ticketmaster has this really amazing “map of tickets” thing where you can actually see where you’ll be sitting instead of looking at one of these tragic things:
TAYLORWhich can cause mental anxiety. No joke.
And then it’s just a waiting game again. Even though you have selected your tickets, the server will take forever to get to the check out page.
Honestly, it takes a solid 20-30 minutes, but seems like a lifetime because all you want is the confirmation and relief that yes, you bought tickets and yes, you are going to see Taylor Alison Swift live in concert for the fourth (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) time.

Nothing between now and the concert is even going to come close to how excited I’ll be the day of the concert.

Get ready!!!

The Morning After

IMG_0946

Made this shirt at 2 a.m. on my bathroom floor, because I needed a shirt to express life after 1989.

Because of my undeniable love of Taylor Swift, naturally, after I stayed up until almost 4 a.m. listening to her unimaginably breathtaking album and making this shirt on my bathroom floor, I woke up at 7 a.m. to make a Target run!

Processed with VSCOcam with f2 preset

The polaroids on my mirror were included in the 1989 DLX album. Also my tattooed wrist says “Fearless.”

Usually waking up with only three-ish hours of sleep is not an easy thing to do for me, but this bright, crisp Oct. 27 morning was different.

When I awoke to the sound of “Blank Space” playing from my iPhone, I wasn’t blindly slapping around for my phone to snooze my alarm. I was jumping out of bed and dancing to the beat of the song I found love for only a few hours earlier.

In honor of the day, of course I had to wear a Taylor shirt!
The one I wore was available at Walgreens two years ago during the promotion/release of Red. It actually was a gift from a friends mom who surprised me with it, because she knew how much I love Taylor.
Friends’ parents are the best.

Two of my very best friends and I have a group message and a lot of times we send each other videos. We all live across the state of Texas, so doing this makes us feel closer. Here are the videos of my morning adventure to purchase the deluxe version of 1989 that I sent to them.

This is a video of three snapchats I sent to friends and added to my snapstory after listening to the album a few times.

Now You Are In Love (with Taylor Swift), you’re welcome,

Ashley xxx
